2003 F-350, gas 5.4L, auto, would not re-start in the barnyard. Ran fine before, 33k miles, plenty of gas in tank, no 'check engine' light...yet. I got fuel at the schrader valve on the fuel line, few bubbles, no leaks. When I went to start it back up I didn't hear the fuel pump(groan) but it would almost diesel at very low RPM for a few seconds after a few attempts. After letting it cool down(90+ degrees out) it would try to hit some but no run. The emergency fuel shutoff was not popped, the fuel pump fuse was good, there is no fuel pump relay. I haven't heard of many no-start issues with this engine. I "hope" the filter is clogged but I lean toward a bad fuel pump(large groan). What say you? Thanks in advance! Tractor related=tractor hauler
