Oliver collector had a new one today...

If you look at the spec sheet, he is missing the 'canopy'! Still not sure I would be brave enough to go over the top with a load! I imagine it would shake the tractor pretty good...!
 
Those things were made so you could from the pile to the truck without turning around there is a promotional movie
on you tube.
 
That too! I have known about the straight line loader for some time it is in C.H. Wendel's book my wife bought for me in 1997. Page 159 in the Oliver Hart Parr book. The tracksteer at work will sprinkle dirt and stones on you when loading the dump truck if you don't start tipping it down as you go over the side.
 
I've got one feedlot where I always thought one of those would be handy,but I'd want the canopy on it.
 
Some company built a crawler loader that dumped the bucket by going over the operator and dumping to the rear. Was supposed to save time by not having to turn. Can't recall the brand.
