I have shown many of the cars that were there last night here on the site already,,but these two I Dont remember ,,My dad had a 1949 pickup when I was very young,,this one looked nice to me

And I Really liked the color of this Ford Thunderbird

Hi, my dad had a '49also, I remember in the nose
of the hood one of the bars was the hood latch
release. He later traded it in for a 52. The pedals
came up through the floor. Good memories!

My grandpa had a pickup like that he sold it on his sale in 57.

Dad had a 50. He sold it to a co worker and when he pulled in to their driveway the rear axle slid out. That guy sold an engine to me and I put in a car and then found out that the block was cracked. It all evens out in the end, I guess.

The old Ford pickup looks good restored . I've got my uncle's slightly bigger three quarter ton version. An M68 Mercury.

I had an acquaintance who ran a garage. He drove a pickup almost identical to that one in appearance. Underneath it had a 302, automatic, a/c and a lot of other stuff. But it looked stock.
