Mahindra 7010

Tractor quit pulling while baling round bales. I heard a click clack and then it acted like it was in neutral. It has shuttle. "Dif" lock did nothing. I can shift from forward to reverse without using clutch. Did I lose Clutch? Tractor will not move! PTO works fine.
Any ideas as to what happened? I already suffer from a red arse for owning a Mahindra!

No personal experience with a Mahindra, but I would start with looking for an access plate or shifter cover, some way to look inside the transmission, see what's turning, what's not.

Try to separate what's involved in running the PTO and hydraulics from the transmission drive. If the transmission components are not turning, could be a clutch problem or input shaft.

Just be careful, running in gear it could decide to catch and go without warning!

I know nothing about a Mahindra. My Terex backhoe does that once in a while and it's a 5 amp fuse that controls the shuttle. Were your shifting when it quit? Mine only does that when I'm shifting. A friend of mine had the same thing happen to a NH, it was an $1100 panel

I was not shifting and now I can shift the shuttle with engine running and in gear without using the clutch. I don't think the transmission
is turning?
