It's happened to me too. Always comes early in the month except for once, waited 'til the 20th to call and get another sent. I figure somebody got to enjoy a free Green Magazine that month due to the post office.

Got mine last week. One time it didn't show up, called on the 20th and few days later got one.

Do you have a 'mail carrier', maybe he likes to look at it too ! !
I'm sure mine does, esp Popular Mechanics.
