Happy milestone

My 2000 f250 with power stroke 7.3 just turned 200000 miles as I pulled up my driveway. Only thing it needed was a alternator and a water pump. It's been a great truck for me. I was pulling a 16 foot trailer 5 days a week over the years too.

Mine will turn over 281,000 next week; I can't say I've had as good luck as you though. At 95,000 (give or take) I had to replace the transmission which I thought should be covered under the 100,000 mile power train warranty; Ford said no way, that's not part of the power train. I guess I should have hired a lawyer and sued but I didn't. I've also put 3 alternators on it plus some other electrical problems it took awhile to diagnose. Overall, I've been pleased with it and it's great for hauling tractors.

Last summer my neighbor offered me $600 for my 90 GMC, 286000, outside of tires, brakes and exhaust I never had any problems, check enj. light was only on once, still had ice cold air and didn't use any oil in 3000 miles. Bought a 2013 Chevy and I like it, only put on 5800 miles in the last year, maybe I didn't need a truck.
