My brother (71) passed away last evening.. He had heart valve surgery and something went terribly wrong. They life flighted him to University of Kentucky hospital where he was in a drug induced coma for about a week. Then on Tuesday they started bringing him out of it. He talked to his wife and daughter and seemed to be doing good. yesterday morning he lost all brain waves and function. Doctors told her there was nothing they could do so she did the right thing in my opinion and let him go. Retired from the Army with 2 tours in Nam with 5th S.F. and retired form the Insulators union here at home. NEVER drew any welfare and never asked anyone for anything that I know of, Always stood on his own 2 feet. Keith

Sorry to hear that, Keith. Our greatest sympathy to you and the family. He sounds like a man you could trust to do the right thing.
