I have a Allis WD 45 which has a couple missing pieces one is on the magneto it looks like it was a plug it is a round hole and the other is underneath the tractor I am hoping it is not a bottom plate to the transmission won't be able to hold fluid does anybody know what that round hole is in the magneto and what part is missing underneath the tractor and what it does thank you

The plug may simply be a oiling port. One or two drops yearly. The little plate cound simply be an access cover to the clutch houseing for graesing the throwout bearing.. Crawl under and look. Use a flashlight if it's too dark to see.

I accidentally posted the reply to the wrong ad does this look like the cover I found this on eBay.

if your tractor has a magneto. It is a WD and not a WD45. To put a magneto on a WD45. You would have to use a WD governor.

I'm guessing the hole you see is a timing hole. Never saw one that had a plug in it.
