BQ grill ?

I'm looking for a BQ grill that is both charcoal and LP. I also want to adjust the height of the charcoal. Does such a grill exist and if so who sells it?

CharGriller makes a combo. Gas on one side and charcoal on the other. Its a little long, but it does have the best of both worlds.

I had one I got from Wally world 3 years ago. Kinda light weight thing, but worked great! I have since went to an infa red gas one, and like it. Miss the flavor of the charcoal though

George- Look at the ad real close! It seems that it has to be ordered as the grill may not be stocked in stores. I notice it is sold by "Cheapees". I would contact this company first or your local Sears.

I don't understand the web page...Is the grill sold by Sears or what. Why is it on Sears main web-site? I don't know...

Before you drive to Sears just call and see if they have it. IMHO

I read reviews about Cheapees. They have a very poor rating. Seems they buy returned/damaged stock and try to sell it as new.

I want to be able to raise and lower the charcoal, it doesn't appear I can do that with chargrill.

I found that lowes sells CharGrill. Saw the video and you can change the charcoal height, not as easily as I would like. Think I may not have a choice. How long do the burners last?

Do a search on WEBER PERFORMER grills. They start off a small bottle of propane then run off charcoal. No taste or odor of charcoal lighter fluid. We bought ours 8-10 years ago and it still looks brand new, and we use it a L-O-T! Three models available. Ours is similar to the middle version. Seems like we paid around $350 for it. You close all the vents to the grill and the fire goes right out, will be cool in an hour or so, conserves charcoal.

Had a Thermos gas grill before this grill, one of their top of the line models with glass shelves & side burner. This Weber is TEN TIMES the grill the Thermos was.

Picked up a Smoke Hollow grill from Blaine's Farm&Fleet two weeks ago. It has what you are looking for plus a small smoker on one end, (charcoal end). So far it has been just great. It was $349.99.
