It's going to take longer and cost more going via by guess and by golly. Deere did not print a service manual the size of a small phone book for nothing.
The nice folks at 1-800-522-7448 have the operator's and service manuals on CD and hard copy.
The parts book is free on the JD web site.
What motivated you to split the tractor ?
There are wizards here like Tims, tractor driver etc have been through these transmissions.
Did you measure the oil pressure at the test ports before tearing everything apart? Testing and diagnostics will usually save time and money.
Prop everything up super sturdy.

You will need to pull the PTO shaft out the rear and remove the PTO drive gear,,it's a finger pincher
