Hello everybody I am new to this blog. I have been working on this case tractor model 310 with factory installed LP gas. And it seems like from what I can tell it is rare. Case has told me that in 1957 there was only 1635 model 310 built. and of that we figure less then 300 was with LP. Does anybody have any idea what this Tractor may be worth. Thanks in advance for your help.

Scroll down to the CASE forum and repost there. That does not appear to be a factory LP setup to me, but I may be wrong. LP fuel was offered, as an option, according to the sales lit., but your hood looks too chopped up to look correct for a factory LP option. I checked all my model 300 lit. and there were no pics. of a 300 series with the LP setup, other than being mentioned as an option in the specs.
The guys down on the CASE board will be more knowing about LP than I.
I also went through my Case dealer price book for your 310 tractor and the price book makes no mention of an LP fueled tractor option, so it had to be a special order item.

It is a shame that the hood has been butchered the way it is. I would think that if you can get another hood, it wouldn't be hard to merg in the missing portions, to make it look original.

Well if you could see the tractor up close you would see the hood is fine.it only needs side panels.
when I make them I will post more pics.
