I have a 453 that turns ccw on an excavator can I change a cw one over to ccw The balance shaft spun a bearing does anybody ever line bored one any info appreciated

Yes , just get a cw camshaft. I would think it could be bored or at least honed .

iirc the cam and the balancer gets swapped for reverse rotation. The oil pump needs to be flipped over as well.
If you have it apart and somebody tries to sell you S series parts. Tell them to go away and not bother you with their junk.
Use the N series pistons and sleeves with C45 or C50 injectors.
There is a DD upgrade for the cam follower springs and the valve springs. Which makes dropped valves and broken valve train parts less likely.
There is a new type seal for the engine oil end of the blower. Less liable to leak oil and cause a run away.
A block heater will eliminate the temptation to use ether for winter starts.

Generaly yes but it will be a once in life time exsperiance!!!! trust me!!!
