Oats up!

Planted last Sunday. Broadcast fertilizer Tuesday. Nothing showing yesterday. This morning, there was a green haze on the field. Yup, whole bunch of green shoots, 3/4 to 1 inch already. Came up overnight. Rain Sunday nite must have boostrd them.

I don't know if mine have spiked yet or not. I couldn't see them from the road yesterday.

I drilled my oats in this past Sunday. Nice easy rain this forenoon. Still misting out. I reseeded my pastures yesterday morning with a damp shirt from the beginning of a slight rain. We received a very slight moistening a coupla weeks ago then stayed cold and dry. I didn't want to take a chance on it having sprouted and died. We should be by the cold now.

I drilled mine two and a half weeks ago, they finally were visible on Sunday. Looking like a nice stand!

I was just out there. No sign of them yet, but it has been really dry. Raining like crazy today.

I planted an alfalfa/Timothy field last Tuesday. A few plants were poking through yesterday.
