I finished my spring plowing yesterday afternoon. I only had one ten acre field to plow but I was thinking it might have a few hidden sink holes that would trap me but I did not find any. Now it is just a waiting game as the ground needs to warm up before working and planting my acres.
I don't have any help so it will be a while before I get the entire 120 acres planted but I somehow seem to manage it. Doing everything with machines does help.
Actually I do have help, the Mrs. Underage will do some disking for me. She can handle the big tractor as good as anyone but those long days riding over rough and dusty fields will take it's toll on anyone so I try to limit her tractor time.
