I am seeking the driven sheave assembly for this machine. any help to where I might might used or new?

can the worn sheaves be welded up and machined?

Are you sure it's not the bushings? If my bushings both pin and main shaft get wore just a small bit it turns the drive belt over, learned the hard way years ago new belt new, bushings.

All the bushings are gone, the inner sheave is worn along with the tapered shaft

sounds like it's time to find good used shaft and shive. Try to stay away from new Bobcat parts they have gotten really high for the 610's.
