I made a polite inquiry about those a couple months back. Did not even get the courtesy of a response. As a result I wouldn't wear it if they gave it away. I have found this as not unusual, customer service could be better at times. I have a nice Steiner hat though...they gave it to me one year due to all the parts I bought. I've had my days with customer service there also to be honest but at least it is face to face and I can tell them what I think without being "corrected".
