set up pto pump to the side(mf65 gas)

I have a pto hydraulic pump to run front bucket and would like the pto free for other uses-has any one set up a pto coupler to hang the pump off to the side of the tractor to free pto instead of unhooking pump? How did you do it? My mf65 has no way of putting front mount pump to free pto.

I have seen PTO pumps that had a past threw to them so the pump was still mounted to the PTO and then it had an extension on it to hook up PTO equipment. Or you could get a front mount pump and free up the PTO also. Or option 3 get a hyd valve body made to fit the tractor hyd system and run the loader off the tractor hyds
 
Mount the pump be side the pto shaft run with 60 steel rooler chain then you can get a short extension on the end of the main shaft to have a pto to run stuff. Ive had a pump running that way for many yrs.
 
You could also go wit ha belt drive pump or you could rig up a chain drive for the pup you have to the PTO and that might free up the PTO also
 
Why not run it with a V- belt. Would not require oiling all the time to keep from getting stiff running that fast in all the dirt. Or just a good excuse for another tractor.

do i need something else beside the remotes like this one on ebay? Do i need a pump of somekind or do you
hook this up to the tranny?
 
I put a Char Lynn PTO pump on my B Farmall. I ran it with a roller chain. I chose chain rather than belt because the short length belt needed would so much tension that would put a lot of load on the bearings of the pump
 
That pump housing may not withstand any side thrust that it will take to keep the chain or belt tight since it was built to be direct drive.
