International c153 cam bearings

Hi, I am in need of a little help. I am in the middle of restoring an 69 International 504 with a gas c153 engine. The block has been bored and honed and ready for assembly. But I am having a hard time finding the cam bearings. I can only find the front bearing. Also international's websites only list the front bearing. Does anyone know if this engine for some reason only uses one cam bearing? If not can anyone point me in the right direction?

You got it. The only journal that has a bearing is the front one. The other two run directly in the block.

There is another bearing pressed in where the governor runs.
