International c153 cam bearings

Hi, I am in need of a little help. I am in the middle of restoring an 69 International 504 with a gas c153 engine. The block has been bored and honed and ready for assembly. But I am having a hard time finding the cam bearings. I can only find the front bearing. Also international's websites only list the front bearing. Does anyone know if this engine for some reason only uses one cam bearing? If not can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks

There are no other bearings, the cam runs directly in the block on its middle and rear journal. Now that I have helped you, maybe you can help me. Where did you find oversized pistons? When I overhauled mine about 5 years ago, I couldn't find any.

Tractorman, you can have pistons made for just about anything. Never had to do it, bet they are pricey, but in a "have to" situation, they're out there.

Finding oversize pistons was easy. I found about ten different places that sell oversize kits. The one I bought from was "Agkits.com".

And thanks for the response on the cam!
