Where do I find an exploded view of the select o speed (10 speed, 2 reverse )used in a 1959 ford 871 tractor.
It is certainly not my intention to tear it apart as it works. Just would like to see what goes inside the transmission.

Either the CNH parts illustration of a proper Ford service manual should suffice.

I like that idea.I'll check it our on my laptop.
The tractor belongs to a friend of mine. I just helped him clean and install new points, and condenser in the distributor. We additionally cleaned the carburetor. The tractor runs great with its 172 cu.in. 4 cylinder engine. Looks like a big version of the red tiger engine in my jubilee.
I've never driven such a tractor before.
