A tractors stories

I've often thought about what kind of stories would be told if an old tractor could talk. There would be tales of their younger years, how they were used, and maybe abused. Stories of sitting parked through the winter in a lonely shed or exposed to the open elements, and maybe sitting idle for years before given a total restoration to live out their golden years on easy street. Better get to work before I think about something else stupid.

Your wrong there are some interesting stories out there about dad's or granddad tractors. I bought a 1550 oliver was surprised checked serial number it was 2nd one built and it was on good Friday of April 1965 the week after the palm sunday tornado outbreaks more information came up while researching its nice to hear storys on this and other sites about that series tractor the store that sold the tractor is still in business so more digging .it's somewhat like digging in a family history

I'll bet some on today's mega-farms have had such an uneventful career they would be like what one comedian said at the dedication of a new performance hall- he looked around, and said, "You know, if these walls could talk, they wouldn't have a thing to say."
