I almost made it! I turned off the road and it looked slushy, but no mud was showing til I stirred it up. Now it's a tow bill.

If a meduim duty can get you out, prollly a couple two three hunert. If you need a heavy duty, generally they start around 5 hunert. I winched a lowboy with a crawler stuck in a cul de sack couple years ago with one of our roll backs for two hunert. Tractor had to drop and re hook the low boy a couple times while i winched him.

A semi driver went on a dirt road that no one drives on in the winter and got stuck in the snow.

We drove the HD7 dozer and D4 a mile on frozen ground (hard on the tracks) to get the truck out. After we got the truck pulled out and were picking up our chains, the driver just drove away without paying any money.

When the next semi truck got stuck and driver walked to our farm for help, we pointed to the phone. The nearest wrecker was 30 miles away - and it took two wreckers to get the truck out.

That happened to me, guy hung up a low boy with the truck across the road blocking it, I had a dozer near by, ran it over, pulled him out, unhooked and he took off, not even a thank you!!!

I bet you wish you had a full screw now. I don't what kind of rims you have but you could wrap a short chain through the rim and around your tire. If it is too long your back tire will catch it. With your dif lock and maybe colder ground you could make it out on your own.
