Massey Ferguson 265 blade lift question

Hello, I have a MF265 and my 3 pt raises my bushhog about 3 ft off the ground. However, when I put my blade on my 3pt, it will only lift about 2 inches!! This summer, the 3pt raised my blade about 3 ft. I am not sure why it will not lift now, but worked fine this summer.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?

Note: Does weather/temperature play a factor. I live in TN, and today, we have wind chill about zero degrees? Thanks, Dan

Is your top link placed in the same position as it was when it raised it 3’?

yes, the top link is set in the usual place as
always.

I thought possibly it might need some hydraulic
oil, I will check on this as well.
