Some Farmall - IH Tractor Pictures

Here's a few of the Farmall Tractor pictures I took when I was still at home back in the early 1980's. Hope you enjoy them!
1. Farmall A my grandfather bought new in 1940. It was hand crank and my dad and his three brothers took turns plowing with it and a 1 bottom trip plow. When I was growing up dad put this belly mower on it so we could use it to mow the orchards.
2. The Farmall A after I brought it home from one of the local tractor shows. I took the mower off to make it look better.
3. Is of the 1939 F-14 and the IH Potato digger that I restored back in the early 1990's
4. Is my dad's Farmall 560 Diesel he bought new in 1964.

So you still own the "A" and the F-14????

I would like a IH diesel 560. They where a handy tractor.

I used a gas IH 560 on the feeder wagon for a year or so. Sold it and bought a JD 3020 gas. The IH 560 had a better motor but the hydraulics did not run the wagon very well.

Sorry to say we don't own any of the three tractors any more. I've heard that the John Deere tractors had a better hydraulic system than the IH tractors. More GPM I was told.
