Anything tractor related around Tucson or Phoenix ?

Check AZ Small Engine and Antique Tractor Association website. They have a tractor show in Glendale Feb 14 -15 and a bigger show in Apache Junction March 14-15. I plan to go to the Apache Junction show.

No, but Pima air museum is neat.

Yepper. Davis Montham AFB is there too with it's boneyard but you can't see much from the road.

Don't remember the location (NE side of town, maybe just up the road from the DM AFB fence), but there is a little western city attraction there with some shops and all and a restaurant with red and white checkered table cloths, long necks, and super sized T bone steaks that melt in your mouth. Price is very reasonable.
