new to me tractors...

my boss bought some acreage and these old tractors were on it. he told me if I wanted them then I could have the. both are a g707 Minnie Moline lp . one needs some work but the other is complete and still have propane in it.

well the pics are not showing up

yea from what I have looked up only like 450 lp ones made. kind of crazy to have two identical ones on the same pasture

That one looks to have the swept back front axle. I think that was an option, if I remember correctly from the literature.

I wouldn't figure he would want to scrap out the JD, but could get a little money for it. ;) (lol)

yea that john deere is a nice tractor its a 7230 fwd fully loaded... it made pulling those old Minnie out of there holes a piece of cake. yea I never turn down a free tractor. the tractor in the pic is complete and has propane in it. the other needs a rim and some other stuff done to it. .

(quoted from post at 18:26:55 01/30/15) I have a question though... what do you think there worth?

That's a hard question. Depends on the area you are in and overall condition. You can try seeing if there are any old tractor clubs in the area. Because they are MM's and I only know a few people who are fans desirability VS availability are going to be the determining factors.

thank you rick for your honesty. yes Minnies are kinda rare in texas. don't see very many at most shows. these guys weigh aot so they prolly wont see many shows lol. prolly just keep them as my trailer pullers or plow tractors

You might want to post on the MM forum or on a couple of the MM websites. I would say on the bottom end at least $2000 each. The one you pictured looks in quite decent shape. They are kind of rare. Quite a thing to find two on the same place.
