OT Pistol Ammo

I have a Lamma pistol that I carry on the tractor. My supply of ammo is getting low and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could locate some rounds for it. It takes a 9mm Largo or a 38 acp cartridge.

From failing memory here ? LOL

I'd bought some odd ball ammo from a place called ammo depot before.

Also a place called old western scroungers.

Might try to google these up.

Take your computer and type in ( 9 mm largo ammo for sale) You will find a number of sites that can help you. Then you can do the same thing for the 38 acp.

if you reload, you can get the brass on gunbroker.

9x23 largo ammo is usually available at ammo 2 go.. but they are currently out.. but here is some at Reeds:

Old Western Scrounger appears to have .38 Auto in stock. I'm sure you're aware, but if not, be careful when buying ammo--the .38 Super Auto case is pretty much identical to the .38 Auto (in fact, from the looks of it, that's what OWS uses to load their ammunition) but is loaded to much higher pressures and may not be safe to use in older guns, and there's no foolproof system of knowing exactly what you're getting other than relying on the manufacturer's published specs. This can be iffy--I noticed that Midway is selling .38 Super Auto ammo under the heading of .38 Auto. The same is true of several other cartridges as there have been a number of attempts over the years to improve the .38 Auto's ballistics. If you handload, these are a pretty straightforward proposition, and then you'll be able to make sure you're not overworking the gun.

slickguns.com -- follow the links for ''ammo'' then the caliber you are looking for. They don't sell from the site, people post links to deals they have found on the internet.

Thanks ..My 1911 shoots the 9x23 Largo or the 38 acp, but being it was made back in 1929 , pressure is a problem.
