live pto on SC

Yes, it will. That's live hydraulics, not live PTO.

The Super C has live hydraulics. The pump is driven directly by the engine.

it didn't run when I got it,, but I got it running and it would build up pressure and quit,, I put new sleeves pistons rings etc because there was water in oil..i thought I would rebuild engine and then tackle fast hitch next.. i'mnot familiar with fast hitch,,had earlier m and h is there a way to run this without pressure building thanks

Pressure as in hyd?? Only time hyds are under pressure is when they are asked to do work as in lift the hitch etc. Other wise all a hyd pump does is move oil in and out of the resevor (sp)

yes,,the fast hitch levers are stuck, but there are no rods going to unit,, there is a lever on bottom left where a rod was connected i think to control valve,, I believe and on right side by throttle, there is a clevis there but no rod,,, is it possible they disconnected fast hitch and wheniget it running if I move the control lever the pressure will quit

From what I understand your saying sounds like the control sticks and if it does yes it can dead head and build pressure till the relief pops off

Yes, the fasthitch will raise and lower with the clutch in, as the fasthitch is hydraulic controlled from the pump running off the engine. The pto will not turn with the clutch in, hence no live pto.

Fast hitch lever is a seperate lever mounted on the lite bar. The two levers side by side are for the rockshafts. They can get stuck and are sometimes hard to free up. A clevis needs to be on each one going down to the unit. Fast hitch control is on the units right side where the lines from the pump go into the hy rockshaft unit. There will be two rubber lines from there going underneath the seat assy to the cycl that raises and lowers the fast hitch.

there are no rods going from the levers to unit I found where they went to control valves? they were totally encased in dirt I cleaned them and they are moving.. if they are moved back , is that in the off position..or position where the motor wouldn't be under load?? thanks
