Lift arm on 5000Ford won't go down

I raised the lift arms on my 5000 ford and they won't go down any suggestions on what I need to do or check to cure the problem or what to look for when I take the cover off

If it stays up for more than 4 hours, consult a physician immediately. LOL sorry had to!

There is a specific Ford forum down the page a bit, and there are lots of good guys on there who would probably have some ideas.

OMG come to think about it I did have a Blue one in my shirt
pocket while I was adding hydraulic fluid to the tractor an it
was missing later that evening needless to say I didn't perform
very well that night but my tractor arms are still up lol
