Ohio State beats Bama! 42 to 35 final score. Should
make an interesting national championship game.
 
I didn't watch. I listened. Of course I have given them Buckeyes some money as well. Big 10 didn't do too bad in bowl games.
 
I only watched the last quarter of the Ohio State game, but watched all of Oregon- I don't see how anyone could have beaten Oregon yesterday- With their "hurry-up" offense on every play, the opponent is still trying to get organized when another play is starting. Buckeyes have got their work cut out for them. And Mariota will get a bigger signing bonus with the NFL than most of us will earn in our lives.
 

It has been that way for years, the sun rose and set in some conferences and no one else got any respect. Virginia Tech beat Ohio to start the season and Penn State with all its penalties and being short on recruits played then to a couple points during the season.

This is not a knock on Ohio State but proof that there is more parity in the NCAA than some would like to think. Meier has done a great job with Ohio state and when Franklin gets Penn State up to full strength it is going to make for some interesting matchups. In addition to these two there are many tough teams in the Big Ten

The Big Ten was never the doormats they were made out to be but with the computers and coaches voting number one no system was in place to dispute them, it was just a mythical national championship. The playoffs for the title are showing it for what it was.

No matter who wins against the Ducks and Ohio State the mighty SEC wont be there.
 
When I go to the feed store, tractor dealership, or coop we talk about tractors, equipment, cattle, and SPORTS. I could tell by the topic title what it was about so if I didn't want to read it I can pass over it.
I didn't watch the game but I'll have to be for OSU. I'm still a fan of the SEC and my team beat the snot out of an old foe Texas :D
