Saw this on Craigslist. Tires look a little strange on there.

google "tall tires by Keltgen"s".....they build wheels commonly used in the sugar beet industry where farmers use 22 inch rows. Typically dual/triple with 14.9 tires, in order to get power/traction with their big tractors. Common to do corn/beans in 22s as well.
 
those are not that uncommon, Saw several sets on the New Holland's before I had to get out of the tire business. All of them were on the rear of FWD's
