yo', I am overhauling a '47 empire for a friend. it's got the willys 4banger etc, the question is brakes. there are none. I can see where the pedals went and will have to make some and linkage should not be too bad, but the drums and plates? I can see a square hole in the axle frame where a small drum might have fit. any information would be greatly appreciated.
