Baler Pictures AND A Surprise!

Well, just got the baler home... Pulled really nice at 55 Mph!! :)

It is for sure a Ferguson F12 Baler. In pretty good shape, but from sitting so long, there are a LOT of things that are froze up... Sheet metal is dented, but nothing that isn't fixable..

SURPRISE! Here is a nice picture of the 8N I just finished for the lady in town... (still haven't attacked the hydro problem...)

The 8N is pretty...and I can't say that after owning a 2N for several years that I am much of a fan. What all did you do to it, mechanically and paintwise?

Would love it if you snapped and posted a close-up of the word "Ferguson" on the baler. It looks really neat. :)

Yep I have it.

The balers toung was in operating position, and when I went to move it back, the pto shaft was froze up and wouldn't slide out, and that caused the toung to not move all the way over...

So, just popped the bolts out and took it off!! Currently trying to get it sliding again, but I am out of Oxygen, so I will get that filled tomorrow and hopefully will be able to get it freed up!!

Already there!!!!! :)

I'll get a picture of the arrangement some time, that way you guys can see my little equipment yard... Perfectly out of sight from the house, but very close....

That is why it was hooked up to the Super C there in that 1st pic, unhooked it from truck, hooked it to the tractor, took a few pictures, and pulled it up the meadow to the yard!!! :)
