1985 Ford 3400

I feel like an idiot, but .... my wife ran the tractor out of fuel. Got it to start, but is stalls unless I hit the choke every 10 seconds or so. No good. I assume I need to bleed system, but .... where are the freaking injectors?

choke? gassers have choke.

injectors? diesel's have injectors.

gassers have carbs.

if you have a gasser.. it doens't have injectors.

if you have a diesel, it don't have a choke!

so.. what fuel do you buy to run it? if it's in a yellow can.. it has injectors and no choke.

if it's in a red can.. it has choke and either a holley or zenith carb.

lets go from there.

Havent seen a 1985 3400. I put fuel in anything that doesn't leak. Mostly 5gal hydraulic oil buckets.
