Foton TF1054 tractor canada

one the guys who comes in from Mexico to work in tobacco, dad has a 1054 foton tractor the problem is that the remotes work but not the 3pt hitch so talked to guy in canada with asian tractor say there some in Canada but he never sold or worked on one so any of you guys in Canada have a idea of what might be wrong with it.

Ben the most common thing that causes this on that tractor is He has backed up with something like a bushog or box blade and forced the lift arms too far up. When you do that with the unit it will drop a short pin that is between the lift piston and the cross shaft. The piston is working but the lift shaft is not moving. Requires removing the lift cover to fix the tractor.
