That really is not a bad price. I have plenty of tractors but that would not be bad at $850. IF you could use a tractor that size it is well worth that money.

Those were not true steel wheels. Not made to be the primary wheels.
You would add them outside of your normal tires.
I think they were called mud paddles or something like that.
The true wartime steel wheels are in the pic below.
