OT - Question about old style IHC plow shares

Wondering if there is any place that sells either NOS or newly manufactured old-style IHC plow shares.

Looking for 2 new #0560 14" shares for our painted Little Genius (some call them lays). IH dealer says they no longer carry them.

Googling, I only come up empty handed. Thought I found a couple places... but they are no longer in business Balsers Equipment in Iowa was sold off a few years ago. Tried a number for Crescent Forge & Shovel... says no longer in service.

Try agrisupply.com. They carry a bunch of different plow feet. If not you may find something else you need .Tommy

Thanks. I'll check back with them just in case they've run across any recently.

We bought some NOS shares there for our older Genius just a few weeks ago - but those don't fit our newer Genius.

Everything Agri-Supply has is for newer machinery. White Horse Machinery in Penn might be only place, they bought out Cresent Forge but junked a lot of the patterns and just kept a few of what they wanted. Hunt up Earl, Il. posts to find information.

We are updating the plow we are restoring to the new style moldboards. That we can use it on plow days with no fear of damaging a part that is hard to find.

Thank you for your offer.

If they do eventually need to be built up, my husband would be able to do that... he welds for a living.

The shares currently on the painted plow are pretty good - he just thought he'd try to obtain another pair if the price is not too wild and crazy.

That's definitely a thought... I think he'd just like to stay with the original style if possible.
