old, dead dodge dually camper (1979?)

Neighbor hired a scrap man to clean up his place. His nephew bought this camper from the scrap man, and got the motor running. It has sat for 16 years. The brakes are locked up and it will not move. If a person stripped the camper off and got the brakes loose, would it be of any use to someone as a Dodge dually flatbed?

Depends on condition of camper body somebody might want it for that.

I've seen people hauling hay on those. I have one the fellow was going to make a produce display on for the farmers market so he wouldn't have to set up the tables and could just drive home after the sale.

They come up for sale around here a few times a year. Plywood for the back wall some paint and you are good to go. It is the 16.5 rims that cause money troubles replacing the tires.
