Steel or aluminum? Hub pilot or ball seat? If aluminum and the bead area is worn out, you'll get $40.00 or $50.00/ ea for scrap. If they're steel, it depends on style and condition.

Original post says steel

I had some that I picked up when I bought some tires for my truck. My truck used Daytons, tires were on stud pilot Budds. I traded a local tire shop for the better ones, the more worn ones went for scrap. They had a gauge to check the wear on the stud holes, and were sending off the good ones to be reconditioned for sale.

I think I got $25 each in trade value. The junk ones brought about $7-8 for iron.

Local truck shop here has no interest. All they want are hub pilot. I put newer rears in my truck. Had to buy 8 hub pilot rims! So I've got the 8 old Budds, plus some extras.

Funny you couldn't give them away... but yeah, other than that... scrap them. You can buy them new for less than a hundred bucks each and know what you have supposing you did need one.
Other than that.. budd's are pretty well obsolete these days. Hub pilot is standard on everything I've seen; probably over 20 years now.
