Country ham has green on it most generally. My wife paid good money for one for my sister in law one time. Told her when she was ready to cook it,let her know and she'd tell her how to soak it and trim it. About six months later the wife asked her if she had cooked it yet,she said no,she threw it away,it was green. To say the wife was mad is a gross understatement.
