This is the show IaLeo was talking about. Went with my Grandson this afternoon. Lots of steamers , etc. There were quite a few scale steamers also. Some people put in a lot of time and work building these.

That's what some of the equipment looks like at The Pork, Peanut and Pine Festival that's held at Chippokes State Park near Surry, VA. This year was the first in a while that it wasn't 100 degrees and 95% humidity! We missed it because we were out of town. It sure is fun watching all that machinery run (and without an ECM or computer-gasp!)!!

I feel funny, we were there today , Looking though the pictures A and behold theirs my f30 1937narrow on the net. We only pulled it 25 miles from home .

My son has my grandfather's F-20, and I always thought the 30 looked like quite a workhorse. Met a guy in Faibank yeas ago who had hauled in a load of corn to the elevator with an F-30. His had a road gear and he said it would do almost 30 if you wanted to ride it that fast!

Roger-thanks for the pictures. It sure is great to see some of those old gals still running. I really appreciate the amount of effort that the modelers put into their tractors, wish I had that much patience. Would really love to get ahold of an IH T4 like in the last picture. Thanks again!
