Cedar Falls Iowa Show

Any YTers going to the show in Cedar Falls this week end. I & the wife are leaving for there Thurs morning.
 
Many moons have past since I attended that show.
I became acquainted with one of the directors that had an ice-cream stand and the man that ran a truck stop south of thar, I think his back name wuz Kennet, thar were a man that had a tractor salvage yard in back of the truck stop. I bought some tractors and parts from both men.
That wuz back in my truck driving days that I could go to a lot of antique thractor shows
 
We are expecting 45 model steam and gas tractors, 20 full size steam engines, and 10+ prairie tractors. This is their 50th show and it will be a big one. I will be in the model area with my 1/2 scale Case steam engine.

Where is the show located in Cedar Falls. Do I need camping reservations. I"ll come look you up at your steamer. Gerald
 
I live about 4 miles from there. We made a circle through the grounds tonight. Lots of tractors already. Didn't count the steam engines, but there was many, many more than normal. Flea market was also beginning to kick into gear. Ought to be a good show.

Camping shouldn't be a problem if you don't need hookups. If you do, your probably out of luck. Just guessing though.
