does anyone out there have a picture of a 666 international utility tractor and what would one cost

There were options You could get to make the tractor lighter, & cheaper such as steel wheels were lighter, & cheaper than the cast iron. On the whole; they were considered a heavy farm tractor. By todays standard though all of them are considered utility I believe. They are built better than anything out there "NEW" today; but not as compact, & convenient, & a little lacking on hydraulics for todays use.

theres one down the road from me it a 666 utility with the cast iron wheels gas TA is out duel remote 3 point

The utility at the time was the 664. The 664 was basically a 656 utility but with the 239 German Diesel engine. The 664 was produced between the 656 and the 674. The 674 didn't come out with the 574 and 464; It came along about a year later. In testing, the 674 's rear end wasn't handling the hp.

What about the tractor qualifies it as a "utility"?

666 was produced only as a standard row crop tractor, also available in a Hi-Clear version

If it's really a 666 Utility, it's PRICELESS. It's the only one in the world!

You will not find pictures online because there was NO SUCH THING ever produced by International Harvester...

You need to go down the road, take a picture, and post it here so that we can see what you are looking at, and tell you what it really is.

I mowed hay most of today with my 664 on a 9 ft haybine here in s.w.Pa. I would not take less than $8500 for it. It is the next-to-last 664 built and a workaholic like me. I had another 664 about 10 years ago that I sold for $3500. It had been around the block. Probably sold it a little too low.
