Still can't remove operator's platform from Deere 2520

I have all 4 bolts and spacers and spring removed from the bottom of the platform of my Deere 2520 and the seat is all the way back but still can't get the platform off. I'm lifting it from the rear, it cleared the diff lock pedal but what its hitting is the pedestal on the right rear that houses the levers for the rockshaft and remotes. On the front right its binding under the foot throttle. The only way I see to remove the platform is to dismantle the whole pedestal that houses these levers. There has got to be an easier way. What am I missing???? :?

Hi I took mine off last year and did not remove any thing but the four bolts that hold the platform. Did some wiggling and it cam right off, think I had to lay the spacers done, came right out. Good luck. Gordy

Clean all the dirt/crud off the top of the transmission. Then remove spacers. You then can get the front to drop just that extra little bit and then move the rear away from the control lever tower. Then keep lifting the rear up as you slide the front out form under the throttle pedal. It just takes some patience and wiggling. I have never had to remove anything other than what you already have off.

Make sure the top of the transmission is clean. Also look to see if your catching on the battery cables. I have had them get stacked up on top of each other and make it harder to get the floor pan off.
