Woods L59 belt diagram?

1. Insert belt in bottom right-hand groove of
center pulley and route around left pulley.

2. Bring belt to center pulley and insert in
middle groove. Thread around right pulley.

3. Route belt to center. Insert at pulley in top
groove and pull to rear.

Give belt a 3/4 twist between mower center pulley
and left idler pulley. Install belt under V-idler
and route over main drive pulley. A 1/4 twist
should occur ahead of right idler pulley.

Allen"s directions are exactly how to put one on a B AC and are easier to follow than deciphering the diagram. Also, make sure your sheaves (pulleys) are clean and free of nicks and burrs and I run that belt just as tight as I can get it. I even go so far as to put a small jack between the axle and the left-hand rear idler pulley and use it to tension the belt before tightening up the bolt. If it"s a new belt, I get out the jack again and re-tension after the first use as they stretch. Cheap belts are a waste of time, I only use woods. Run right I get years of service. good luck.
