For those bothered by bears....

Watched an animal show on TV. Host said that there are no bears in Africa. The thought came to mind that we should share with them. Just capture a bunch of bears and ship them over to the mountainous areas; they would probably thrive nicely.

I would have to wonder how a kodiak would deal with a lion? Don't they have enough large predators, I'd hate to sleep outside at night in any of those areas, without some means to ward em off.

I think a Kodiak could take care of a lion mainly because of size. Doesn't history say the Romans had contests with those against each other?
