Got to be someone here that knows this answer. I have a Mississippi Road Machinery grader that we want to restore. It is basically a M farmall with grader attached. Engine is froze up. I have found a good running farmall 300 . I am thinking the 300 replaced the H and the 400 replaced the M but my question is will the 300 split at the clutch housing bolt to the back half of an m. This old grader has welded ring and pinion and heavy weights. Would like to just split at the clutch housing and use the front of the 300. I know it may be less power but think it would drive the thing to shows. Anybody that knows give me an answer thanks in advance. Guy only wants 800 for the 300 .
