Looking good Allen!, I cut the last of mine today, I will be very glad when I get it all loaded out and gone, next up is my grain, if mother nature does not take it, it looks to be the best Barley and Oats I have ever raised, the Oats are 5' tall and the Barley is over the Antelopes backs

I thought of you yesterday, Allen. I cut a bunch of prairie/brome up on the hilltop wraparound. It is one of the highest places in the county. I took a bunch of pics but there are here on my phone so I can't load them. I will try to start the computer this weekend and put them up here. It looks a little different here even just one state away! Raked and baled it all up today. I guess I will put more down tomorrow - we don't have a chance of rain until Tuesday.

I have to say that I would rather do hay than work other crops. I rake with an open state 4020 - that's one of my favorite parts about summer. Unless it is 100 degrees. Then I am wollering the rake around behind a cab tractor with a/c!

I am getting it down to 80 acres to go. Not as much hay as last year, but better quality. Lots of leaf on the brome. Last year lots of hay and stems.
