Help with my backhoe

I need to remove the backhoe from my Ford 641. Couple of questions. Does the pump slide off the pto, do I need to unbolt the pump, or disconnect the hoses? The major problem I have is taking it off without hyd power. Pump case split.
Backhoe is a Sherman 54F.

If you have another tractor that has rear remotes or even a front mounted pump just hook some hoses up to power the backhoe while you dismount it.

If you don't have a another tractor how about a gas powered log splitter??? You just need a hydraulic supply to run the cylinders.

Hey 56flatbelt, I just bought a Sherman 54C at an auction, looks like my pump will slide onto the pto and bolt the pump bracket to the tractor. I haven't got it hooked up yet, the question I have is how do you like the Sherman.
