Belarus T25A injector pump request

I started working on my last ebay purchase that "ran last time". Replaced filters and cleaned bowls, cleaned manual pump and replaced o-ring. When tiring to pump by hand the pressure would go so high you couldn't pump any more. Found that to be in the bango bolt from the filters to the injector pump. Don't know why they had it there but it has a spring and plunger inside and capped off on the end. The spring collected junk and was blocking the hole. Now pumping by hand works fine but cranking over still no fuel from the injector lines. I pulled the adapter on the high side connecting the lines and there are 6 little springs stack up instead of one spring, pulled the other side and it had the right one. Lots of wax and crud in the springs. Has anyone torn one apart before? Can I pull the high side off to clean separately? Anyone have photos of the pump torn down? The parts diagram doesn't help me much.

Don't know what pump you have on there but i had to take the pump all apart to replace the shaft bearings on the one in my belarus 800 20 odd years ago and it still runs fine.
I had no manual either.
These pumps ain't rocket science. So go ahead and remove and inspect whatever you have to to get it working again.
Just be careful not to change the rack and governor settings.

Bearings and 0 rings and copper washers are standard metric and available from any bearing house or hydr shop.(the dealer won't have them anyway)

I have a 611 pump, which is like the 800, apart right now because I bought it with the pump out and partially apart. It had one broken spring that collapsed and on looking close two others were broken as well. When I went to replace them I found that the shaft and thrust bearings were shot too. I now have to finish putting it back together and send it off for adjustment since it was completely torn down and I had to mess with the rack. I was hoping that I could just pull out the high pressure side of the pump on the T25 but it doesn't look like I can. It would be nice to find a cutaway of the pump to see how it works or someones photos. Its different than the 611/800 pumps.

Hi I replied to you the other day but looks like the messages are all screwed up. Looks like you got the rotary pump on that tractor. If so they have a bad habbit of striping one tooth off the bevel gears you can see under the little square pump side plate, if the tractors stood a while. the pump element sticks /seizes and busts the bevel gear when you try starting it The element then doesn't turn to put fuel up the HP lines due to missing tooth. I have a full set of rebuild instructions here for the pump. hopefully you haven't messed the internal timing up trying to get it apart. there is a little pin that needs inserting first I believe. Dad used to do them when we were dealers took all day. not sure were you can buy the element. might be able to copy these instructions and mail to you. got about 12 pages of it. send me a personal message if that's what you need and Ill see what I can do for you.
Regards Robert
